Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that period, the order may have been processed and shipped, making cancellation impossible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Aurielle Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in tracking the package and filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
